The included service area is large! From Salmon Creek WA to the North, and Oregon City to the South, Hillsboro to the West, and Gresham to the East, we have you covered.
The package cost for photos and floorplan is just $180. This fee is all-inclusive and includes on site photography, floor plan measurements, and same evening delivery!

$180 for professional photography and floor plan production in the local service area. This fee is all-inclusive and there are no hidden charges.

Express photography assignments are always delivered by the end of the service day following the photography assignment. Don’t be surprised if they are delivered within hours of the appointment.

Assignments within about 20 miles of downtown Portland, Oregon and Vancouver Washington encompass our general service area. If you have an assignment further out, please contact us. We are happy to travel for an additional fee. We’ve traveled as far as the Oregon coast, Bend, Eugene, and even Boise, ID for clients. Have a listing in Hawaii? Let’s talk about it.

For express service, you can expect up to 30 photos for your listing. Our photographers will work hard to ensure that all areas of your listing are photographed.

Each assignment includes photography, a full color floor plan, professional, editing, and same-day delivery. Heck, will even throw in a blue sky if needed.
